Stage your home for a quick sale!

Before putting your home on the market and having the professional photos taken, its highly recommended to stage your home. Here are some tips to do it by yourself. (If you decided not to pay for professional staging).

1. Declutter personal items. (Personal photos, personal items). You want to make your space appealing to everyone.
2.  Declutter surfaces. Try to keep everything empty as possible. (Vanity, counter top etc.). It makes the house feels larger.
3. Remove wallpaper and paint the wall with neutral color instead.
4. Provide plenty of storage. (If your cabinets are full, it seems that there is no enough storage space).
5. Open all shower curtains.
6. Bring in the light. Make sure all lights are on, and blinds are open.
7. Looks clean, smells clean.  Its affect your buyer decision!! (Fresh paint, cleaning smell).
8. Hide trash cans. (make sure they are empty!)
9. Showcase floors.
10. Curb appeal. Clean debris, leaves, use some power wash if possible. Make sure the sidewalk leading up to the house is clean and clear. ** FIRST IMPRESSION AND CAN DETERINE SOMEONE’S INTEREST IN VIEWING THE INSIDE OF THE HOUSE. **
